Control Panels
We have the ability to supply all types of custom-built operator panels, control panels, and control desks for a variety of industries. Panels can range from simple panels with operator push button controls, to remote I/O distribution panels, to large consoles complete with HMI’s, central processors and plantwide communication and data systems. Styles can range from remote I/O racks to complex PLC or DCS processors and drive panels for motor and process line controls.
For installations where space is at a premium, JNE Automation can provide fabrication of custom back plates to replace older obsolete equipment. In these instances, the existing panel enclosure is retained. Only the panel internals are replaced. These back plate replacements can be partial or full sized replacements – dependent on the application.

We can arrange for ESAFE inspections on behalf of the customer and provide required modifications to pass inspection.
Customers are welcome to supply their own design/drawings, and free issue equipment and proprietary controls for Installation and wiring in the control panels being manufactured.
JNE Automation is a full service company ready to handle a variety of projects, no matter how stringent the requirements. JNE has the capability to provide space and support for FAT requirements. Export packaging is provided through a third party liaison.
